As many of you know, I have been the Secretary of our local Ag Society for the past 10 years...well, I resigned as of last April--really had too much going on in my family life to do the job--little did I know all that would happen over the summer!
But I still am helping out the new Secretary...it's a big job to take over! The fair is this weekend & the vendors are starting to bring in their trailers. These are some of the ones I make a point to visit! Love the roasted corn! And Nodines has excellent sausage & peppers and andouille
Then top it off with apple crisp with ice cream! Making myself hungry just thinking about it!
