Another old one!
Looks like it was taken the same Christmas as one I posted last week. That's my Mom on the left, me & my sister. My sister passed away at 49yrs. old--13 years ago. I miss her every day--she lived with us for the last 4 yrs. of her life, but especially miss her at this time of the year. I think she loved the holidays & her enthusiasm rubbed off on all around her.

Hey Ann....yes, it is tough to weather the death of a sibling, it is a bond like no other...especially when you have cared for them in illness. So yes, this time of year is heart wrenching....Ernie truly believed in Santa Claus so we put out milk and cookies each xmas eve...now it is just any other day...
So sorry to hear of your sister passing at such an early age.

Sorry to hear your sister passed at what I consider to be a young age now that I'm just about to turn 54. It's such a good thing you have all those wonderful photos to preserve the good memories.
