My poppies finally bloomed this weekend--all the other ones around here are already passed. We are in a hollow so my stuff is always later. And my clematis--this flower is huge--saucer sized!
I opened up your blog and literally said, "Wow!" What beautiful flowers...I would love to see your garden. The poppies look like tissue paper...and such a pretty soft pink color.

I know it's not the same, but you will be seeing lots of it here! Guess you just have to plan a visit to your relatives in CT & then come up here!
I love poppies. I can't seem to get them to grow for some reason but they are so pretty.
