Yesterday before we had to back to Velasquez for the return of the fishing boats, Kathy, Deb & I went to Qubano's for lunch. Started out with watermelon water.....
Then on to a serving of Hungarian potoes, split between the 3 of us.
And topped it off with the Toston sandwich! Yum! The sandwich is unique, using pressed & grilled plantains instead of bread...
Qubano and Vivian are two of my favorites on Isla! Her Hungarian potatoes are to die for. My fave lunch there is the Vegetarian Sandwich and the Vivian Salad. And I always have the Watermelon water, too! YUM!
