Just a few of the food vendors at the fair--I would start with the roast beef & an onion bloom
Have a few desserts--a fair favorite is this apple crisp with ice cream
Excellent corn done on the grill....
Then more meat--andouille or a checken sausage with onions & peppers......
I will have actual food pictures tomorrow ! Then you can really drool!

Looking forward to the food pics. The grill is the best way to go for corn on the cob. Love it with a little olive oil and sea salt.
Yummy! I'll be there Sunday with my little sister Carol....we go together every year and reminisce about Ernie- he LOVED the Goshen Fair....we always start with a plate of those skinny battered onion rings....then we share a pork or sausage sandwich...and whatever else strikes our fancy....and talk more about Ernie....see you soon! I'm on ambulance call now through Saturday night....
Those thin onion rings are about the only fried food I still eat! I don't eat fried food as a rule so I try not to indulge too much at the fair, but have to have those!
