I got a new camera last week & haven't had a chance to try it out, so just went out in the yard--the birches are behind our house
These marigolds are surrounding the mailbox & for some reason the bees were flocking around them today. I'm pleased with how close I could get to the flower--drops of water showing--with just the regular lens on the camera
I went to the fairgrounds this morning--this is on the way home.

Ooh! A new camera! Whadya get?? Whadya get?? I'd love to get a new camera but it's not in my budget right now. My brother is suggesting a Nikon D-90, but it's $1,300! Yikes! Great photos, by the way...love the bee!

I got a Canon Xsi--12 mp--and I sold my older digital rebel DSLR, so this new one only cost me $200.00. I owned a lot of accessories for the old camera & none fit the new, so I sold them all. Only way it fit into my budget.
