Yesterday afternoon it started with the big wet flakes. This is what I got up to this morning.......And very cold ( for here in Oct!) Supposed to be 45 with wiind chills in the 30's--Yuck!
People in Texas would slap me for saying this, but I miss that first little snowfall...no matter how early. There are times when I'd give my right arm to be plopped in front of a roaring fire with either a glass of wine or a cup of hot chocolate with that wonderful quietness of a snowfall when you know you have no place to go. You don't know what you got till it's gone. My two cents.

Ann, I saw this on the news last night! My son's in New Hampshire for meetings and I don't even think he packed a coat. Brrrrrrr.
