Went to a favorite bakery & deli with some friends over the weekend--in Wingdale NY! We went to a flea market & we usually stop at this place--Cousins Cafe---for lunch ........and never get past the bakery counter with out getting something to take home.
I purchased these 2 Red Velvet cupcakes & 2 mini cannolis ( those were eaten qiuite quickly!) Was a surprise to see that they were filled with the cream cheese frosting too--YUM!
The sandwiches are great, too. Didn't think to take a picture of what I had--The Route 22 special--ham, turkey, bacon, melted provolone with lettuce, tomato & onion on a hard roll with honey mustard & cream cheese spread on the roll--it was delicious!

OMG! Those look so good! I confess to a Red Velvet obsession. I stopped at Fresh and Easy yesterday and picked up a piece. Yum!
That is a gorgeous looking cupcake!
They were delicious! I've been real good & eaten 1/2 cupcake at a time....very rich & yummy!
