A Few Mexican Ingredients

Am growing a couple of things in my garden used in Mexican cooking.....isn't this ancho pepper beautiful looking--ready to make a few chili rellenos? And this is chaya......really took off this summer ...not sure what to do with it...got any recipe that you like?

I planted a jalapeno pepper plant in my yard this year and have made several batches of pico de gallo. I hope you have better luck making chili rellenos than I did!

carl--I have made pepper jelly--great for a cracker spread oron a roast as a glaze!
