Isla Carnival 2008

A performance in front of the Vistalmar--I started out on the 2nd floor balcony & moved down to the 1st floor for better photos

Taken in front of the Posada
Spotted this adorable child on Hidalgo on the way back to our room.

In the four times I've been to Isla, I've never seen a parade with kids in these wonderful colorful costumes, darn it! Great shots! I also love your Alaska glacier pics. What spectacular scenery!

Gorgeous pics! Carnival's such a great time to be on Isla, but I've decided I'm more of a low season kind of gal. I love the kids in their outfits!

I've only been on Isla for Carnival once and it was a week late. They postponed Lent for a week because it interfered with the election. Great photos. Love the kids. The people of Mexico love to celebrate and dress up.
