Scraping the Bottom of the Barrel...

 Haven't been doing much of anything lately & not going out anywhere to take photos so I thought I start with some that many of you haven't seen.  Starting with our 2008 trip to Alaska.  ( If you've already seen these, indulge me! )
 I think you don't totally grasp the size of everything up there until you actually see the mountains--not like anything around here!

Those mountains are amazing! We traveled all over the Northwest, but I never got to Alaska when Craig went. I always marveled at the Whistler, B.C. area and vast areas of uninhabited land in Canada cutting across B.C. from Jasper, Alberta. But I can only imagine Alaska. That island with the lighthouse looks tiny in comparison. You'll soon be back to Isla again and have lots of new photos to post!
