The weather turned out a little nicer than expected today & everyone of my pets has been in & out all day! Tuck, being the great hunter that he is, decided to sit under the bird feeder--he lasted about 1/2 hour without any birds coming near him....then he gave up & came in!

Nice to get a little sunshine and some fresh air. We got a little above freezing here today, but gonna be cold again tonight!! A good night to snuggle up by the fire and drink some wine. Stay warm!
Cats and birds. There's a feral cat that hangs out over by the lakes stalking the ducks. I'm not sure if he could take on a duck, but I guess it's instinct.
I think Tuck is taking the lazy cat's way of bird stalking. And he wonders why there weren't any birds. Sounds like something Nutter would do. Silly cats!
I get after our cat for stocking the birds. The squirrels get enough bird feed also. Winter has to be tough on the wildlife. You are blessed with a beautiful back yard.
